For ten years Donna Livingston , owned and independently operated a successful fashion business: Donna Livingston NewYork. Her designs sold nationally in the couture collections of Nordstoms, Bendel’s, Barney’s, and Saks Fifth Avenue.
Her accessory division DSL Designs developed an exclusive collection of one-of-a kind scarves for Escada and Episode, receiving kudos from such icons in the fashion industry press as Accessories Magazine, The New York Times, Self Magazine, WWD, and MGM Grand “The Best”.
Ms. Livingston’s passion and vision for fashion was intuitively transferred to the interior design industry and she utilized her gift effortlessly to create custom bed linens for Blessed Child and to consult for several startup businesses in the home furnishings arena.
Educated at FIT and NYU, Ms. Livingston capitalizes on her natural talent for discerning what is"fine"art. To this end, she insatiably explores the art market; frequenting galleries and collecting artists who represent her vision and in her mission to assist in the tasteful decoration, characterization, and definition of the environments of corporate offices, small businesses, and private residences.
